A blend of medium to large hardwoods harvested from the coastal regions of Australia spanning from just north of Sydney to the Atherton Tablelands west of Cairns in the far north. The name Sydney Blue reflects the attractive blue gray bark which is common to this group of eucalypts. Timber color varies form soft brown reds to deep rich reds which when blended in flooring give a particularly warm luxurious feeling.
