One of the most important hardwoods of Australia, Australian
Beech thrives in the warm and relatively humid stretch of New
South Wales coastline in a high quality open forest. It is
a tall tree up to 230' in height of particularly striking appearance.
Its straight trunk rises to at least half of
the trees height. The wood is renowned for both its strength
and versatility
of application with attractive coloring from cream to pale
brown.
