RETURN POLICY
Items can not always be returned. All Distributors have restrictions. We have to follow those restrictions, it is their policy, not the policy of Designer's Touch Flooring. All retail flooring stores are given these same policy's and have to abide by them. See Return Policy before placing your order.

GENERAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Check in all your boxes; if there are shortages or damaged items, it has to be noted on the delivery receipt and signed by the driver delivering your shipment. Report any shipping damage to your customer service representative immediately.
