to be free of defects. The customer assumes all responsibility and liability
for use and results of material purchased. Bamtex®® makes no other warranty,
expressed or implied, except as stated herein. Bamtex®’s liability under
this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the material and/or
merchandise provided that is defective.
No credit or claim for material returned to Bamtex®® will be allowed until
such return has a prior written approval. Return freight is to be pre-paid
by the purchaser and restocking charges may apply.
